Got the Look

Got the LookThis is the third, or maybe fourth, book I’ve read by James Grippando. He writes about a Miami-area lawyer named Jack Swyteck. While this isn’t his best (in my opinion), it’s still darn good. (His best? Last to Die.)

Since last posting, I’ve been averaging a book and a half a week, all from the library, and I’ve been neglecting to mention them. Dang. Four have been by Kathy Reichs (Grave Secrets, Deja Dead, Cross Bones, Bare Bones), several others by Grippando (Last to Die, Beyond Suspicion, Hear to Evil) and a smattering of other authors. Ginny recommended Adirondack by Hal Lazar, but I haven’t found it at the library yet.

Next on the pile are a couple more Blackie Ryan novels by Andrew Greeley, and another Reichs. This weekend, I’ll stop reading long enough to see a play at Capital Repertory Theater and The Capitol Steps at The Egg.
